By accessing and using NanoBeam's lead generation and advertising platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

NanoBeam provides lead generation and advertising services to businesses seeking qualified prospects. Our platform connects businesses with potential customers through various advertising channels and social media platforms.

3. Lead Quality and Pricing

Lead pricing ranges from $40 to $60 per qualified lead, depending on the advertising channel, industry, and volume commitments. All leads are verified for genuine interest and purchasing intent before delivery.

We guarantee lead quality according to the criteria agreed upon during the sales process. If a lead does not meet the specified qualification criteria, we will provide a replacement lead or issue a refund.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and ACH payments.

Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional fees. All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice.

5. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our platform. All lead information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

Client data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NanoBeam and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NanoBeam, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
